When you have downloaded 'tsprint.tar.gz' from our site, you will need to extract it in the terminal with 'tar xvzf tsprint.tar.gz'.That will create a sub-directory named 'tsprint'. Go to that directory with e.g. 'cd tsprint'. In that directory, run our rdesktop with './rdesktop -u -p ' - substitute the parameters with your own.Note: In case you get an error stating that libcrypto is not the right version please download this package: and place it in "home/usr/lib"

Do they make mistakes in their updates - Yes. Yesterday we sent them an email regarding a problem we were having with their latest update. Within an hour they asked to look at my client machine, via TeamViewer, and looked at what was happening, determined their was an error in their update, 'downgraded' our Server to the previous update, checked it again. It all took place in about an hour and other than ask a few permissions that I had to give them, it was all fixed - no charge. 2ff7e9595c
